The ground floor is where the main entrance is located and opens to a big living room with corner couch as well as an adjoining dining area and open plan kitchen, fully equipped with contemporary appliances. This level also offers a WC and a furnished veranda, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee.
A few stairs upwards lead to the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, whereas the second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined into one king sized bed. The third bedroom offers one queen sized bed and one single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned while the two bedrooms with the double beds share one common veranda. The master bathroom with shower is found at this level.
The property offers also private parking and built BBQ as well as a deck that is found at the back of the house.
